Can't see the Kutools tab in Excel

I have a paid version of Kutools for Excel and it's not showing up as a tab on the Excel menu. I just reinstalled Kutools for Excel, and it didn't fix it. It's enabled as an Add-In in the Files>Options menu. What's wrong?
