Auto-populate worksheets from a set template - possible?

Hi, I have a workbook with 2 worksheets, first worksheet contains a data table with 50 rows of data, second worksheet is a presentable template where data will be pulled from the first worksheet by VLOOKUP function (ie. a specific cell where I input numbers 1 to 50 to "generate" a report based on that particular row of data from first worksheet)

I have to repeat the process 50 times whenever I need this report (update number in cell, from 1 to 50) - can kutools auto-populate excel worksheets (say create those 50 sheets for me whenever I have updated data or updated my template?)
