Kutools stopped working when my PC upgraded to Win 11. I followed instructions to deinstall Kutools, remove Add-In reference in Excel and then install latest version of Kutools.

I did that seemingly successfully. In Excel File / More / Options / Add-ins / ...
I can see the Kutools for Excel 26.10 and Kutools Helper Addins under the "Inactive" add-ins list.
When I click "Go" button, Kutools does not appear in the list of add-ins that I can enable (It only shows the MSFT provided ones: Analysis Pack, Euro Currency, etc.).

Please advise on how I get this properly enabled.
