Send Emails feature not working

Running Kutools 18. Send Emails feature shows as successful but i do not receive any emails. All email addresses are correct. Using 'Send emails via Outlook' , mailbox is O365.

Not sure what the 'Outlook record' is to check details.

Please make sure you have installed the latest version.
Please go to check the Sent Items in your Outlook application.

Latest version installed. Nothing appearing in sent items. I am testing on our organisations domain computers (W10 version 1709, Microsoft Office Pro Plus 2016)
