Hello all, I've been trying to figure out how to extract ***** numbers by area code (first three digits) from a long column of 10 digit ***** numbers. For example, from this list of ***** numbers:

2125551212
3109990000
4077778888
2138882222
9104446464
8083332222

say I want to have the list only be left with ***** numbers for area codes 310 and 808. (list should be reduced down to just two ***** numbers, 3109990000 and 8083332222.

how would i do this please? i have been trying to figure it out thru the support page as well as looking around Kutools but I can't seem to figure it out. thank you kindly in advance!
