Split Data not working

I am attempting to split a worksheet based on the contents of a specific column. After following the steps in the tutorial nothing happens. Please let me know what I am doing wrong?

I am using Excel 2013 on Windows 7 Professional.

1. Can you use any other functions of the Kutools for Excel?
2. Please try to create some sample data in a new workbook and try to apply this function again.
3. If the problem persists with the sample workbook, please attach it here or send it to jaychivo@extendoffice.com with detailed information.
