Can`t install under Windows 7 SP1 32bit

Good day. I can not install it due to the error: "Unable to register DLL/OCX: RegSvr32 failed with exit code 0x3". Windows is running under VirtualBox. But I think that is not so important. What can I do about it?

Please try to disable your antivirus software first, and then please reinstall the software.
