Conditional formatting rows?

I am new to Kutools and am really enjoying trying some of these tools. I want to add conditional formatting for unique cells and have found a nice and easy way to do this via Kutools. Problem is, my data range is in columns not rows. Is there a way to have formatting for: (A1,A2,A3,A4,A5)

Maybe this is beyond Excels capabilities.
