KutoolsforExcelSetup.exe doesn't do anything

Please go to check the Excel add-ins manager.
Click File / Office button (2007) > Options.


Can you see the Kutools for Excel in the Excel add-ins manager?

I have MS Office Pro 2013. Kutools does not show up in Add-Ins.
Do you have any other suggestions?

I've tried reinstalling. No change. Kutools for Excel does NOT show upin add-ins manager.
What else might be preventing installation?

Because I cannot see it in your last screenshot.
Please try to disable your antivirus software and try to install it again.
