How to remove all characters that aren't in a specific ASCII Range?

Is it possible to remove all character EXCEPT the ones I specify? The remove text function is powerful but is removing all spaces as well as some characters that I want to keep. Is it possible to specify an ascii range?

I have a large amount of test data that is in English and Japanese. I only want to remove the Japanese characters, nothing else.
