Conditional Formatting to a number range in cell

Question

I understand how to do conditional formatting to a individual number in a cell but if i have a range for example 120-140 in a cell how do i add &quot;cm&quot; at the end. How would I type that so after every number it looks like this &quot;000-000 cm&quot;
