Two issues with this.

1. The insert placeholder function within doesnt work - I have to manually type the required data in. 
2. When I click to "send" the emails - it says "x emails sent", but when I go to my Outlook, it doesnt show ay emails sent or received. 

Anyone got any suggestions?
