i have made everything as you describe and although it is sending the attachment if it is saved on the desktop if it is in onedrive (not cloud) it is not sending the attachment. Is this a bug? The path is like C:\users\pcname\onedrive\folder\folder'\folder\folder\nameofthefile.pdf
In the url there are underscores and Greek characters.
