How to convert bold text to plain text with tag

Hello,

I have a question and wonder if Kutools can help with it.
I need to convert text containing bold formatting copied from web page to plain text with rich text tags.

For example: "This is an important word."

When it is copied to Excel, the bold formatting is kept and visible in Excel.
Then I want to convert the bold part to just have rich text tags:
"This is an <b>important word</b>."

Is it possible with Kutools?
