Word crashes on Office Tab registration attempt

I've been using OT in Word for a couple of weeks now and this morning, when it prompted me to register, I decided I would. So I paid up and got a user name and password but every time I enter these in the 'register' dialog and hit Enter, Word crashes.
OK so I managed to register via the Office Tab Center but now Word crashes whenever I try to use any Office Tab functionality. It worked perfectly before I registered it!
