I have a file that I want to add to My Favorites and when I do I get the following error message. What is odd is I do not have any of these listed characters in the file name. Can someone advise on the fix?

1. Please make sure you have installed the latest version.
2. Can you add other files into the My Favorites Group?
3. Please try to save the file to another file name and try it again.
