Hi -

I don't see in the add-in that there is a way to automatically check for updates. I'm at version 12 and it appears that you are now at version 13. Am I able to upgrade to this version?

Yes, we don't have the automatically update option.
If the 2-year free update support is not expired, you can free update to the latest version.
If you don't know the purchase date, please send me the order id or the email address you use to place the order to jaychivo@extendoffice.com.
