What is Compatibility Mode on tabs?

I just downloaded and installed Office Tab as a trial.
I'm using Office 365 (2019) and testing the tabs in Word.
The first thing I noticed is that the tabs file name include " - Compatibility Mode".
What does this mean and can I get rid of it so the tabs are shorter?

We will try to enhance it in the upcoming version. The " - Compatibility Mode" is the information of your Word file formatting.

The Compatibility tab on the property page displays a list of options that can be selected and applied to the application to resolve the most common issues affecting legacy applications. This shell extension is visible on the property context-menu of any program shortcut or executable file.
