Am using Office 2003. Is there a means for disabling the Options Center menu bar? It doesn't behave very well. Won't remember if I move it from the default location - line 3, and insists on restarting itself if I turn it off.

Show Ribbon options
At the top-right corner, select the Ribbon Display Options icon .
Choose an option for the ribbon: Show Tabs and Commands keeps all the tabs and commands on the ribbon visible all the time.
