I have the Kutools for Outlook. I am using the delete duplicates feature. I have a lot of folders in each email account and when I get to the part of "Please select folders " they are all expanded. is there a way to default to not expanded so I can easily find the right folder?

Sorry for the trouble. For now, Kutools for Outlook does not support such setting. We will consider include the feature in our future versions.
