Always reply with Default Account issue

Hello,

I'm having an issue with the Kutools for Outlook software with my Outlook 2016 program on Windows 10. I am attempting to use "Always Reply with default account" feature but it only works once. To illustrate, my default email account is "tjbowen@pifctd.com" and I receive emails on the "tjbowen.52@gmail.com" account.

Here is what happens when I click reply to a message:



The default email is correct

But then, closing that window and doing the reply again (or a reply to any message after that first reply message):



The from email has changed Could I get help on how to make this work?
