Crashes my Outlook

Hi there

I downloaded Kutools for Outlook as I am interested in the attachment removal tool

For some reason, it causes my Outlook client to hang and crash every time I click on Kutools>Attachments>Options

For reference, I am using Windows 10 Pro 32 Bit and Microsoft Outlook Home & Business 2010

Hello,
Please try to disable all the other add-ins in your Outlook add-ins manager, and then go to check this issue again.

I am having the same issue but with O365. I disabled all of the plugins except KUTOOLS and it still crashes Outlook.

Crashes may be the wrong term. It locks up outlook for over an hour(the longest I've waited). Then I have to close outlook and that's where it crashes.
