Hi, I installed Kutools trial version 9.50 for Outlook 2016 (Exchange 2016). When I try to click on Options or Manager in the Kutools tab in Outlook, it takes some time and then an error message will pop-up saying that I don't have the permissions to proceed with this process. Instead I should contact the contact person for the folder or the administrator.

How can I fix that? I already tried to run outook as administrator, but I'm still getting the same message.
