My licence for KuTools for Outlook dates from 26 Jun 17, when I purchased KuTools for Outlook v 8.0. This upgraded to v 9.0 when it became available in Jan-18. Now, trying to install v 9.5, it says the licence code (from the purchase of v 8.0) is not valid for this version, and will only install as a trial, so I have to go back to v 9.0. Should it work like this?
