Import MSFT Outlook rules (RWZ

Hello ... I upgraded to the latest Outlook Kutools today. I cannot find any option that allows me to IMPORT rules in Outlook's RWZ file structure. Is there a patch coming or not?
I don't think the current version is fairly helpful for those sick and tired of MSFT's inability to update its rules wizard.

BTW: Why can't Kutool's rules wizard have a window that I can re-size? Right now some of my rules flow to the right of the small window (another hint) so I can only see what I have by seeing the breakdown below that line.
