Hi there,
Since you post this question in Kutools for Outlook section. I assume you used Kutools to block the senders accidently.
To unblock the senders, please do to the Kutools tab, select Junk > Rule Manager.
And then double-click on the rule named Block Sender to go to the blocked senders list. Then you can delete the certain senders from the list.
