I have just purchased KU tools for Outlook, and downloaded and installed latest version 10.0. When I load Outlook I got message that KU tools had caused Outlook to crash and has been disabled.
The KU tools icon has disappeared from the control Ribbon.

Hello,
Please go to uninstall the Kutools for Outlook from the Control Panel first.
And then please go to reinstall it from our website again.
