Hi,
I'm currently evaluating Kutools and so far, it works as expected. However, the extension doesn't always load when launching Kutools. I think I know the reason but I can't fix this.
When I open a Windows session, I have two utilities running upon startup: Go Contact Sync Mod and Oulook Google Calendar Sync. These tools are loading Outlook transparently (main window not visible but outlook.exe running) via Ole Automation. If I then launch Outlook by using an icon or a menu, the Outlook main window appears immediately (no splash screen) but the Kutools extension is not loaded. So, I have to close Outlook and then re-launch it. This time, the Kutools extension is loaded.
I don't have a similar problem with other extensions, though.
Running Windows 10 Pro 1809 -Office 2019.
