This Bookmark feature can help you easily insert and manage bookmarks when composing emails in Outlook. See screenshot:

Kutools Pane
1.1 The Auto text Pane is renamed as Kutools Pane which includes AutoText and Bookmark features.
1.2 Functions of the AutoText feature are rearranged, and new function is added to support showing floating preview of any selected AutoText entry. See screenshot:
