Can't save attachments from iphone

Outlook 365 Win 10

Can't save attachments that were sent to my email address from an iphone. I tried "File" "Save attachments" and through Kutools without any luck. Sending myself an attachment from Outlook and "File" "Save attachments" works OK. See   Example.pdf
