Sophos kills Kutools & Outlook (Exchange)

Immediately upon running any Kutools command in Outlook, it crashes.  Looks like I cannot run with Outlook 365 (on Exchange) with Sophos Endpoint / Intercept X on Windows 10... Sophos Anti Virus detects ROP Exploit and terminates Outlook and Kutools.  I wish I could work around it but no solution exists that I've been able to find.  It's not something I can have whitelisted because my company IT is clueless.

Anyone find a workaround?  If I do, I'll post back here.  Thanks!
