Hello, my name is Manuel.

I have a problem with the rulemanager.
I try to make a rule for all received emails and forwarding them.
But evry time when i make a rule it's only for WHEN SENDING MESSAGE 
How can a make a rule for WHEN RECEIVING MESSAGE?
