Hi, i just installed kutools and now my excel 365 is crashing when i try to open my spreadsheet bellow:

What i need to do is to create another line for each word on columns B and C that have more than 1 word detach by a comma
as on line 13 columns B anc C, in the example i just need to create another line to "bear female" and move it bellow.
On column G, all i need to do is remove everything that isn't inside parentheses().
I appreciate any help on this issue.
