Count occurrence of each word in a range in excel using vba

Hi,

I am trying to get a vba code which would help count occurrence of each word in a range.

For example:
I have a complete sentence (with various words) in each cell from A1 to A164 and I want to check how many times each unique word has shown up on this list. Each unique word should be pasted from B1 down the row and the count of the words starting C1 down the row.

If someone can please help with a VBA code to get this task done.
