Kutools Excel 2016 - Find and Replace Major Bug

Kutools for Excel has the following issues with the Find and Replace bar on Excel 2016:

When excel is minimized, hitting Ctrl + F in other applications with re-prioritize Excel somehow and it will open the Find dialog box there. It will do this without switching windows, and it will also disable the Ctrl + F functionality inside other applications until that dialog box is closed.

Please offer a solution to this very irritating problem. Windows 10 x64 1803
