When I use the Unit Conversion tool, there are no options to enter From and To....I keep getting an error. Am I using this tool wrong? I cannot seem to find any help on this issue anywhere. Wondering if I just wasted $30 on this tool.

I am trying to convert KB to MB to GB, etc.
