Linking a table to a perpetual calendar

I have an Excel workbook that contains two worksheets, each with a table on it that contains project names, contact information, and due dates. I saw that one of the features that Kutools has is a perpetual calendar. I was wondering if there is a way to take the job name and due date from my table and have excel automatically input it into the calendar, on the due date. For example, if I have a project called Midterm Presentation and it has a due date of January 30, I want Excel to take this information and add it to the calendar on January 30. Then when I look at the calendar, all I would see is "Midterm Presentation".
