Create dynamic lists in Excel

I am trying to generate a list of data based on one changing variable. For example I have a list with products made in various countries (country name is in column B and the corresponding product is in column C). Every country may produce more than one product. Now I would like to be able to dynamically set up a formula where I simply change the country name and the receive the corresponding list of products made in this country. Can someone help? Thanks
