How to count new users over the months?

Hi,

I have a table which has two columns. First column has "DD-MM-YYYY" and other has "Mobile Numbers". This data starts from 1-Jan-2018 and goes upto 30-Dec-2019.


I want to find out the new users per date or month. It should not count the second or 3rd or so on occurrence of the user. The whole purpose is to see the adaption rate of new users.
