Excel macros for a custom query log

Hi All,

I'd like to make a custom query log in the interim, until a ticketing system is available.

I have a few ideas, that I would like to implement and whilst the drop down menus are no problem for me, it is a few functions I would like help with. Please see the screenshot attached with the functions I am after and please let me know if this is possible for those who know about the macros etc.

Any help is GREATLY appreciated.
