Hello,
Do you mean the feature cannot convert the doc files to docx files?
Please try to create a sample doc file and try to convert it to docx file.
Thanks in advance.

First of all, I made sure where all my .doc files I need to convert are. In word I click on Enterprise then Resources and Documents then doc to docx then I enter SOURCE FILE FOLDER where my .doc files are and the directory is shown as empty. I did the Format convert anyway and all I get is a full page of no. 1
There has to be a way to convert my files, I can't believe this is happening with today's technology
