Quickly insert or add picture (figure) caption and change figure caption style in Word

It may take a few steps to insert or add a caption for a picture (figure) by using the Insert Caption in Word. Kutools for Word's Insert Figure Caption utility will allow us to quickly insert or add a caption for a figure with only one click. Quickly insert or add picture (figure) caption in Word
Supposing you want to insert or add caption for picture (figure) in document as shown in the below screenshot, you can quickly get it done as follows:
1. Click on the picture which you want to insert or add caption for, and then apply this utility by clicking Kutools Plus > Insert > Figure Caption.
2. Then it will quickly insert the caption for the picture as shown in the below screenshots.

Easily change figure caption style or format in Word
You can change the figure caption style or format by customizing the prefix or suffix of figure caption and changing the position of the figure caption. For example, you can display the caption below or above the figure or to display the caption in the left, center or right.
1. Please click the anchor at the bottom-right corner of the Captions group under the Kutools Plus tab and to bring up the Advanced Caption Option dialog box as shown in below screenshot.
