With the Filter Bold utility of Kutools for Excel, it is easy for you to filter all cells by bold characters in the column of active cell. Besides, you can filter all cells by bold characters in the column of active cell quickly and easily. Besides, you can highlight the filtered results with specified font color or background color at the same time by the Special Filter utility of Kutools for Excel.

You can filter all cells by bold character in active column quickly with only several clicks. Please do as follows.
1. Select any cell in the column you want to filter all bold cells. Click Kutools Plus > Special Filter > Filter Bold in the Filter & Statistic group. See screenshot:
2. Then a dialog box pops up to tell you how many bold cells have been found in the column. Please click the OK button.
Then all bold cells in selected column are filtered immediately as below screenshot shown.

If you want to filter all bold cells in a column and highlight all filtered cells with specified font color or background color at the same time, the Special Filter utility of Kutools for Excel can help you. Please do as follows.
1. Click Kutools Plus > Special Filter > Special Filter in the Filter & Statistic group. See screenshot:
2. In the Special Filter dialog box, you need to:
2.1 Select the column you will filter in the Range box;
2.2 Choose the Format option, and select Font Bold from the drop-down list In the Filter rules section;
2.3 Check the Font Color or Background Color as you need in the Processing of results section box, and specify a color from the drop-down list;
2.4 Click the OK button. See screenshot:
Note: All filtered rows will be selected if the Select entire row box was checked.
3. Click the OK button in the popping up Kutools for Excel dialog box.
Then all bold cells in selected column are filtered out immediately and the filtered cells are highlighted with specified background color as well. See screenshot:
