Hi Avinash K,

After filtering the results, use the Select button in the SuperFind pane to select the filtered cells, rows or columns as you need. After selecting the results, use the shortcut Ctrl + C to copy them and then press Ctrl + V to paste them into a new sheet.

Hi

Is possible to sum all WA11?

(A1) WA11 4

(A2) AdBlue 1, WA11 223

(A3) AdBlue 3, WA11 32, shift 4

... and everything is in one column.

Thanks you very much for your help.

Sincerely Marko

Hi Mar8,
You want to add up all the numbers after "WA11", as in the example you gave above, they are 4+223+32=259. Am I right?
You can apply the following formula to get the result:
=SUM(IFERROR(VALUE(SUBSTITUTE(TEXTSPLIT(TEXTJOIN(", ",TRUE,A1:A3),", ",,TRUE,0),"WA11 ","")),0))
Note: This formula is only available in Excel for Microsoft 365 on the Insider channel.
