Easily update 2-5 level dynamic drop-down list in Excel

If you have created a 2-5 level drop-down list with the Dependent Drop-down List feature of Kutools for Excel, the created dependent drop down list will not be changed if you change, add or delete some data of the original data. Here recommend the Update Dynamic Drop-down List feature to help update the dynamic drop down list when the original data change.

Easily update 2-5 level dynamic drop-down list in Excel

As the below screenshot shown, the left side is the original data range, the right side is the output range. Let’s see how to update the output data when the original data change.

1. After modifying data in the original range, select the original data range, and then click Kutools > Drop-down List > Update Dynamic Drop-down List.

2. A Kutools for Excel dialog box pops up, click Yes.

You can see the dialog lists all the information of the dependent drop-down list.

3. Then another Kutools for Excel dialog box pops up to remind you the operation is done, click OK.

Now values in output range are updated.
