Warning about BCC when you reply all in Outlook
Kutools for Outlook
In Outlook, if you are in the BCC field of an email, other receivers cannot see your name when they receive the same email. However, if you apply the Reply All function to reply the message, the reply email will be sent to all recipients and all receivers will see your address. Here, the BCC Warning function of Kutools for Outlook will pop a warning dialog when you apply the Reply All function of an email which your email address locates in the BCC field.

Click Kutools > Email Warning > BCC Warning to enable this function.
From now on when you apply Reply All function to reply a message which you are in BCC field, a Kutools for Outlook dialog pops out to warning you are in BCC field, click Yes to continue replying, click No to cancel reply all.
