Remove all duplicate recipients from To/Cc/Bcc fields in Outlook
To remove all duplicate recipient names from the To/Cc/Bcc fields in a message window, click Kutools > Duplicate Names.
All duplicate recipients will be removed from the To, Cc, and Bcc fields immediately, as shown below.
Notes:
- The first instance of each duplicate will be retained.
- This utility can also remove duplicate meeting attendees when creating a new meeting invitation.
