1. In the mail list of a certain folder, select the emails which you will save as separate pdf, csv or other files format.

2. Click Kutools > Save as PDF.

3. In the opening Save Messages as Other Files dialog box, click   button to go to the Browse For Folder dialog box, and then select the destination folder you will save files into, and click the OK button. See screenshot:

4. And then check the file format that you want to save as, at the same time, you can specify the message contents that you want to save in the Save Content section. Finally, click OK Button. See screenshot:
