- Click Kutools > Check Box.
- Place the cursor where you want to insert a checkbox symbol.
- Select the checkbox symbol to insert.
Note: If you check the "Automatically move cursor to the beginning of the next paragraph after inserting a checkbox symbol" option, the cursor will automatically shift to the next paragraph after each insertion.
