Insert or import multiple pictures or images all at once to Word document
Supposing you want to insert multiple photos all at once to Word document, you can quickly get it done as follows:
1. Please open the document that you want to insert multiple photos or pictures, and then apply this utility by clicking Kutools > Multi-Picture.
2. Please specify the settings in the Insert Pictures dialog box. See screenshot:
- Click the button to add images.
- If enabled, the file path of each inserted image will be added below the image as its caption.
- Use the arrow buttons to change the order of the selected images in the list. Click the Delete button to remove the selected images. Multiple selection and Select All are supported with the Ctrl and Shift keys.
- Preview the currently selected image in the list.
- Insert the images into the document.
3. After clicking Insert button, a dialog pops up to remind you how many images have been inserted,click OK. You will see all the pictures or photos in your document as shown in the screenshot below.
